I am a Registered Dietitian specialized in Eating Disorders as well as dancers/athletes, food allergies and gastrointestinal disorders and diseases. I also have significant experience working with substance abuse and other mental health disorders. Navigating decisions around how to fuel your body can be hard, confusing and scary. I'm here to help make that process a little easier. I work with each person to figure out their individual needs and what works best for them. I am an "all foods fit," and body acceptance based dietitian. My focus is on mindful and intuitive eating rather than restrictive dieting.
My goal is to work together to promote self-efficacy and confidence in your relationship with food and your bodies. I was formerly a professional dancer, before shifting my focus to nutrition. From my experience dancing, I am in tune with how to fuel for optimal performance while taking care and respecting your body.
I graduated from Drexel University with my Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and completed my dietetic internship through Priority Nutrition Care. I have worked at for multiple levels of care for eating disorders and mental health, including PHP, IOP, and outpatient.
