About
My passion is helping women and adolescents work towards recovery from eating disorders. This began while working at a residential eating disorder facility once I completed my degree and has continued ever since. My goal is to help people love real food, eat without guilt, discover their health while enjoying all that life has to offer. I have experience with families and their adolescents as we work together as a team towards a future without the eating disorder. Knowing that the path to health does not have to be bumpy and confusing, is the first step towards recovery.
My hope for you is that you will reconnect to your body and trust in your healing journey, so you can stop putting your life on hold and instead, pursue the things you love to do alongside the people you love to be with.
