I'm an anti-diet, trauma informed dietitian who has extensive work in the field of eating disorders in all levels of care. I've worked with those who struggle with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, orthorexia, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified feeding and eating disorders.
I use a weight inclusive, health at every size (HAES) approach to treat clients because every person in every sized body is deserving of help. I also utilize evidence-based research to help you debunk the pseudoscience health claims of the dieting industry.
