About
Hi, I'm Jessica a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping others find peace with food and helping both adults and adolescents work towards eating disorder recovery. I also have experience working with tube feeds, pediatrics, and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). I work with both patients and families to help enhance their wellness in a way that is individualized to them. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing and I earned my bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics at Texas State University where I also completed my dietetic internship.
Prior to working with medical nutrition therapy, I was a research assistant in a cancer research lab. This experience helped shape my approach on health and wellness through an evidence-based lens.
My goal is to help people love real food, eat without guilt, discover their health, and enjoy all that life has to offer. Eat well. Be well. Live well. Restore your relationship with food, your body and yourself. I look forward to working along side of you through your nutrition journey.
