I consider myself a family practice dietitian. Much like a family practice physician or primary care provider, I have a large range of experience helping people manage a variety of challenges. I chose the name Outside In Nutrition because it reflects my basic outlook on what I do. I believe if most of what we eat comes from a whole food plant-based diet, we will thrive. I serve a wide variety of mostly adult clients. I consult with athletes wishing to maximize their athletic performance, families who want to make adjustments to improve their wellbeing or struggle with picky eaters, and patients who would like to improve their heart, digestive, or metabolic health.
I usually meet clients in my office but have been known to do client lunches, walking consults where we meet in a park, and visits to suggest changes to the home environment with some of my more established clients.
