Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.
A nutrition passion of Jennifer’s has also been teaching parents how to make healthy family meals, feed their babies and kids nutritious foods, and overcome picky eating and disordered eating. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time outside being active with her husband and two boys, walking her dog, trying new recipes, and bike riding.
She is also a volunteer chef for Lasagna Love and believes in kindness, giving back, and creating good in our society. Jennifer’s career focus in nutrition has been driven by the idea that strengthening a client’s overall health can be achieved through the consumption of nutritious foods and a balanced lifestyle.
