My name is Jenna Albert and I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I use an intuitive eating framework and a Health At Every Size (R) approach to meet my clients where they are and honor their unique journeys. I’d love to work with you in exploring where your ideas about food, nutrition, and bodies come from so you can turn down the noise of diet culture and tune into your body's internal cues.
I believe each person is the expert of their own body, and am here to support and affirm you in building body trust as you nourish yourself. I develop strong rapport with my clients that allows me to hold them accountable in meeting their goals, while also supporting them because this work can be hard!
I received my MPH in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UNC at Chapel Hill. During my dietetic internship, I participated in supervised practice experiences in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient care for eating disorders.
