As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) I work with each client to identify their specific health/nutrition goals and help guide and support them on their road to reaching their goals. I can work with you on anything from weight loss, diabetes treatment to developing a gluten-free diet plan. I am specialized in many other medical conditions as well. I support you with office visits, weekly phone calls, and email contact. Most individuals need from one to three sessions to get on the right track, but I am always happy to schedule additional visits as needed.
