I help mamas and mamas-to-be who are struggling to achieve a healthy weight, are anxious/exhausted/overwhelmed, are experiencing debilitating GI symptoms (constipation, diarrhea, nausea), and those who just may feel "off" and cannot figure out the root cause. Unlike other practitioners who push pharmacological medications first, I work with you to develop a whole food + supplementation treatment plan that will help you replete deficiencies, restore your gut health, and have you thriving with your child(ren)!
I offer many options for clients: functional lab testing (if desired and appropriate), individualized diet planning, supplementation protocols, and prenatal/postpartum nutritional guidance. I have a unique approach that includes both food and bacteria to help your whole body ecosystem thrive.
I'm a Registered Dietitian and mama who is eager to help you. I struggled with severe postpartum anxiety as a result of micronutrient deficiencies and gut dysbiosis and I know I'm not alone.
