I help women heal their relationship with food and recover from disordered eating and eating disorders using a compassionate, non-diet, intuitive eating approach.
Many of the women I work with struggle with food guilt, restrictive eating, binge eating, body image concerns, and chronic dieting. Food and weight can feel mentally consuming, leaving little energy for the rest of life. My goal is to help you quiet the food noise, rebuild trust with your body, and feel more at ease and confident around eating.

We’ll work together to understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns around eating and body image, while also focusing on how to meet your nutrition needs in a realistic, sustainable way.
