I work with a wide range of clients and issues, but my primary niche is in mental health nutrition. I love to work with clients facing the challenges of recovering from alcohol use disorder who want to use nutrition to heal their body and mind. I also focus on nutritional approaches to ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
We will start with a discovery call so we can get a feel about whether we are a good fit for one another. Next, you will share your story with me at your initial consultation. Then, we will work together to customize your personal nutrition and lifestyle plan.
