I've been practicing since 1994 and have had the honor of meeting with and learning from hundreds of clients. What I've learned is that most of us don't need a lot of "education" about what a healthy lifestyle is. What we benefit most from is help putting together a plan and the supports to follow through long term. This is my passion. Taking care of yourself changes over time.

There isn't a one fit all approach for health. I enjoy learning about my clients, what they've done for their health, where they want to be and discover how to get there.

I meet one on one with clients but also follow up in between appointments to check in on what is working for them and what may need to be changed. My clients are in the driver seat. I believe we know ourselves best and it's important to draw from that knowledge.
