I specialize in performance/sports nutrition and eating disorder/disordered eating counseling. It’s important for me to meet my clients where they are at and create tangible solutions that are specifically tailored to them. I believe in a whole foods-first approach and incorporate intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) practices. I’ve been lucky enough to work with professional and elite athletes, eating disorders at the partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient level of care, and medical nutrition. I currently use my passion for sports nutrition as a contract sports dietitian for USA Track and Field.
Throughout my life, nutrition has shown me time and time again that the quality of food I eat has an impact on of every aspect of life. I believe that optimizing nutrition is vital to our health, whether you’re an athlete training for your sport or an individual who wants to feel their best while creating a healthy relationship with food.
