In practice, I integrate functional nutrition, holistic wellness and intuitive eating concepts to help folks reconnect with their whole being.

Together we will build a better relationship with your body and food, and connect you more deeply with your intuitive needs. My nutrition philosophy is health and every size and intuitive eating aligned, and weight neutral, with an appreciation for how our unique identities inform how we show up with ourselves and our world.
