Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

I help little ones with reflux, food allergies, FPIES, SIBO, constipation, eczema, and more by supporting healthy digestion. This also includes food allergy prevention and management. My mission is to help parents and families by providing personalized strategies, tools, and guidance with a more holistic approach, and without unnecessary medications.
