My interest in nutrition and exercise developed in high school as I grew up playing multiple sports and began to love cooking. I specialize in nutrition and exercise counseling for athletic performance, weight loss, and achieving optimal changes in body composition. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge in plant-based diets to help improve cardiovascular health, manage weight and improve other chronic health conditions.
