The registered dietitians at Healthier Tomorrows are passionate about providing comprehensive in-person and virtual nutrition services to our clients, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care as we partner with our clients to help them develop a healthy and satisfying relationship with food and their body. Our goal is to empower our clients to make the healthy choices and changes they need to successfully sustain long-term recovery from their eating disorder, or to improve their overall health and wellness and feel their very best.

I am Board Certified in Integrative and functional Medicine. That means that I work with clients to find the root causes of their symptoms in a holistic way. We are learning that maintaining our gut health is the root of treating many diseases including autoimmune, inflammatory, skin, obesity, cancer, allergies, and more. I work with clients to figure out why they are struggling with a condition and treat it using food as medicine, identifying food sensitivities, providing nutrients to maximize the body's functioning, and if needed, I do cooking sessions to teach how to make healthy food taste great.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

Nicholas Palumbo RD, CDE, DHP is a Registered Dietitian in Evanston, IL who specializes in digestive health, diabetes counseling and weight management. Nick earned his Master's degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University known for their "whole food" and natural approach to health and nutrition. Nick is also a Certified Diabetes Educator with over 10 years experience helping clients manage diabetes. In addition, Nick is a Digestive Health Professional having trained at the Food Enzyme Institute which specializes in identifying sources of digestive stress.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

I am passionate about helping others achieve the goal of restoring a balanced life physically, emotionally, and nutritionally altogether. I've had the opportunity to help people with healing this relationship and meeting people where they are at with their eating disorder recovery or sports performance goals.

Hi! I'm Lindsay, Functional Medicine Dietitian and Eating Disorder Specialist. I am passionate about helping my clients find healing from digestive distress and/or hormonal imbalances. Our relationship with food is the most consistent and intimate connection we have in our lifetime. Like many important relationships, how we connect and interact with food can become confusing, overwhelming and complicated. I work with clients to customize a nutrition plan based on your specific goals. Be that reduce weight, lower cholesterol, improve IBS symptoms. I use a science-based approach to develop a personalized strategy that helps people meet their goals by making small, achievable changes to their existing diet as I guide them through the process. We work together to find ways to incorporate great nutrition into your lifestyle. I earned my master's degree in human nutrition from UIC in 2016 and have worked in Chicago as a licensed and registered dietitian ever since. I am currently seeing all clients via tele-health during this time.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) due to her own lived experience & because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.
