My name is Golie Khayef and I am a non-diet intuitive eating dietitian who has successfully guided several individuals who struggled with disordered eating behaviors or eating disorders for over a decade. Why am I confident in my abilities to help YOU? I earned a doctorate degree in nutrition education, completed a very competitive internship program and have 10 years of experience in the field but more importantly, I have a healthy relationship with food and my body that I earned through my own journey!

I'm Nesreen - an eating disorder dietitian with a passion for helping guide individuals to a healthy relationship with food and the body. Eating disorders are diseases of connection, and I support clients to rebuild connection to themselves- their senses, their body's cues and function, enjoyment of food, and honoring their worth and the need for life source- food. From rebuilding connection to ourselves, the connections to others and the environment begins to realign and heal, and energy flows.

Alyssa holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Health degrees from Loma Linda University. She completed internship rotations at various locations including: Kaiser Permanente, WIC and EXOS Athletes' Performance, Inc. She possesses a diverse background in clinical, community and sports nutrition settings. Alyssa is passionate about food and nutrition, mindful eating, and providing education and counseling from a non-diet perspective. She integrates compassion and creativity into work with her clients and frequently has the opportunity to work alongside people to help them achieve goals regarding nutrition and mind-body connection.

My goal is to provide safe spaces to assist diverse groups of individuals in fostering compassionate relationships with their food and bodies.
