Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

Health is a journey, not a destination. At my practice, Holistic Nutrition Center, we find the root cause of your health issues then we create a customized nutrition program that includes labs, in-depth health coaching, and whole food supplements.
