As an Anti-Diet Dietitian, I enjoy helping individuals who want to improve their overall health and vitality through a positive relationship with food, body, and movement. Together, I help my clients find health-promoting behaviors that work for them, rather than implementing strict food rules or diets. Nutrition therapy is not just about what you eat - but the psychology behind how food and eating makes you feel and how past experiences/society may impact that.

Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions. Maria believes in a patient-centered, evidenced-based approach to nutrition care. She will help you achieve your nutrition goals through education, counseling, and therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, and medical nutrition therapy.

Based out of Eugene, Oregon I provide telehealth nutrition therapy with a Non-Diet and Health At Every Size lens. My approach is person-centered around your goals and values. I incorporate evidence-based medical nutrition therapy while challenging the misinformation and disinformation of normative diet culture. Together we will work to create a dietary plan tailored to your personal needs and goals while improving and nurturing your relationship with food and your body.

Danielle is a Registered Dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. Danielle understands that making fulfilling, long-lasting, and healthful decisions requires patience and a solid client-provider relationship. Change can be challenging, and you need a supportive provider to help navigate the way as you create your own path. Danielle strongly believes that being healthy means not only taking care of our physical health, but also our mental health. Danielle understands that nutrition is not “one-size-fits-all”, and she will work to help you create a personalized plan of care to help you meet your goals.

My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.

I work with adults looking to take a food-first approach to balance hormones, optimize fertility, improve gut issues, support autoimmunity, increase energy, and reduce cravings, aches, and pains. While trained in functional nutrition, I focus on treating the whole person with not only nutrition, but other evidence-based health practices such as movement, stress management, and sleep hygiene to address root causes. My goal is to leave you with less confusion and cravings, and more energy to live your life day-to-day, confidence in your ability to maintain your health, and excitement around food!
