Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. I specialize in all types of eating disorders and disordered eating, including working with those wanting to stop dieting and find balance. I am trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) which I use in combination with Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
