Intuitive eating is validated by research and what that means to you is that when you work with us, you take an assessment before and after 90 days. The real value is staying motivated with progress beyond the scale. My client scored high in all areas except unconditional permission to eat and then when we reevaluated at 90 days she had improved significantly in all areas. Because having confidence in what you’re investing your time money and energy on is actually working is what you really want right?!
