Andrea Hinojosa is a Bilingual Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Nutritionist (LDN), and certified lactation counselor (CLC). She completed her bachelor’s at Dominican University and her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago.

In a 1995 Nutrition in Medical Science Class, I discovered that statistically, African Americans suffered disproportionately from many chronic diseases. I made it my goal in this life to discover a solution to alter the trajectory of the problem. I now help African-Americans develop a proper relationship with the food they eat by incorporating culture into the recipe of active living, glorious nutrition and wellness!

Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.
