I specialize in helping clients with all types of eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID and OSFED), working with athletes, and those with various clinical backgrounds including Diabetes and Gastrointestinal Disorders. My passion is to cultivate whole body wellness through nutrition and lifestyle balance.
I believe in Health at Every Size and tailor a very individualized approach with each of my clients in helping them to meet their nutritional needs, wherever they are in their health journey.
