Our dietitian-nutritionist is Nazirber Maduro is also a diabetes care specialist. Beyond evaluating dietary practices, Demi considers lifestyle elements such as sleep, stress, and attitudes towards food. Combining nutritional expertise with empathy, she guides individuals towards improved health journeys. Brianne is a registered dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. She enjoys working with clients to provide individualized support in reaching their health goals and achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Her perspective is rooted in meeting a patient where they are at in their journey with no judgment. She believes wholeheartedly that the approach with nutrition, eating and health is not one size fits all and strives to support patients in each of their unique journeys, one step at a time.

Dr. Heard is a Licensed and Board Certified Doctor of Clinical & Functional Nutrition, and Certified Nutrition Specialist®. She coaches individuals, couples, and groups who want to improve their health and wellness. Dr. Heard has many years of experience working with people who have a wide range of health conditions. She primarily works with women and men of all ages as well as teenagers.

Emma is a Mandarin-speaking dietitian-nutritionist. She attended New York University where she obtained a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Emma specializes in nutrition counseling for weight management, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular health, and adolescences nutrition.

Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

MaryRose Brown is a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian committed to empowering individuals on their journey to a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. With a foundation rooted in a weight-inclusive and "all foods fit" philosophy, she firmly believes that everybody deserves respect, care, and nourishment. MaryRose's approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. She applies a Family-Based Treatment (FBT) approach when working with children, adolescents, and their families, emphasizing the importance of involving the entire family unit in the process.

Maeda is a Hindi and Urdu-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with experiences in nutrition support, nutrition education, and weight management. Maeda has worked as an ICU Clinical Dietitian at Elmhurst Hospital for 3 years. She has extensive experience in parenteral and enteral nutrition support.

Christina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices with a functional medicine/holistic whole body approach. She believes the whole body is deeply interconnected and guides you to understanding and tuning in to what your body is telling you it needs. She empowers clients with the tools and knowledge to make sustainable changes a reality for their life. We are a private nutrition practice accepting most commercial and medicaid insurances. Our practice philosophy is to provide quality, individualized nutrition counseling to all clients, regardless of income. Unlike some other nutrition practices, we do not sell any products, shakes, supplements or gadgets in the office. We provide you with a tailored-approach and customized meal plan.
