Our registered dietitian nutritionists are Health at Every Size (R) aligned and focus on intuitive eating and body acceptance. Our approach incorporates gentle nutrition interventions as a part of overall self care. Please note that we do not focus on weight loss as a goal, as we believe this would be a disservice to your health and well-being.
We provide skilled, compassionate care for a variety of nutrition concerns. For clients seeking therapeutic support, our practice also includes therapists with whom we collaborate closely to provide weight-inclusive treatment.
