HealthyU provides evidenced-based nutrition and health guidance for all individuals seeking to modify their lifestyle. From managing current chronic conditions to a general improvement in health, we work with individuals to explore how you will be most successful in achieving your health-related goals. Our Registered Dietitian, Cary Fardal, is also a Certifed Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness industry. Cary spent 8 years in clinical nutrition working with mentally ill patients with chronic health conditions including metabolic syndrome, renal failure, and GI disorders.
HealthyU is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the health and wellness of our communities by providing free cooking and nutrition education programs for individuals with chronic health conditions. Providing people with hands-on experience in a safe environment to learn more than just the "what" to do for health.
