Are you tired of dieting and ready to create a healthy lifestyle that works for you? My name is Dayna Schroeder and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. My approach to nutrition is about ditching the diets and focusing on forming lasting habits around nutrition. I work one on one with individuals to help them discover how to implement healthy habits into their every day lives. I offer two different counseling packages that include an initial 60 min consultation, 3 or 6 follow-up appointments depending on which package you choose, a personalized 3 day meal plan, and the Healthier You Nutrition Cookbook.
I specialize in general healthy eating counseling and weight management services. I can also work with people who have health conditions such as high cholesterol or diabetes by creating a plan that is tailored to specific health needs.
