My specialty ranges from the fundamentals of nutrition (healthy eating, weight loss, etc.) to helping my clients prevent, manage, support and hopefully help reverse their chronic health conditions. Example health conditions include diabetes, heart disease, IBS/IBD, chronic pain, hypo/hyperthyroidism, mood and skin disorders, hormonal imbalances and more.
