I work with individuals who are sick of starting another new diet and who feel confused about how to feed themselves due to all the misinformation on social media. I believe everyone deserves to heal their relationship with food and find enjoyment in eating. My nutrition philosophy is based on Intuitive Eating principles and working from an all foods fit approach. I will meet you where you are and work with you to find an individualized nutrition treatment approach that aligns with you and your goals.

I work with clients to help them form a positive relationship with food, nourish their body adequately, and address their health concerns with nutrition in a sustainable way. This may include clients with kidney stones, gut health issues, elevated lipids or blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, PCOS, or those just looking to improve their overall lifestyle and self care. I also help clients work towards their exercise and movement goals, and to better understand how physical activity can improve their health.

I am a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive dietitian specialized in all kinds of disordered eating - anorexia, binge-eating, bulimia, OSFED (previously EDNOS), compulsive eating, and chronic dieting. It's never just about the food - our eating is often complicated by life stressors, mental health, medical conditions and more. I have a heart for working with clients who have struggled to feel heard by their medical professionals in the past and need someone willing to actually listen to their needs and symptoms (instead of writing them off based on assumptions about their weight or diagnoses).

My ideal client is someone looking for a Registered Dietitian to walk alongside them while navigating health and wellness decisions that feel sustainable and realistic to them. We will likely focus on challenging unhelpful behaviors that are no longer serving someone, while also acknowledging how difficult it can be to make these changes. We’ll also focus on health in a bigger picture sense and touch on aspects such as nutrition, hydration, movement, stress management, and sleep hygiene. My ideal client is open to support, education, and building an honest and compassionate relationship together.
