I believe that nutrition counseling is an individualized process. Each and every client that I work with is unique and has different needs, lifestyles, and goals. As a result, I take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. My aim is not only to help think about what to eat but help empower them to make long lasting, behavioral changes to improve their relationship with food and find peace and mindfulness as they work toward their goals.I want to help you overcome any obstacles and become the best, healthiest version of yourself.
I provide nutrition counseling via telemedicine and/or at-home visits to adults, adolescents, and children within my expertise of weight management and weight loss, eating disorders, medical weight loss, and sports nutrition. In addition, I counsel on GI disorders, bariatric nutrition, and general wellness.
