Hescott Nutrition Services offer nutrition services and holistic health coaching for chronic disease prevention. With 10 plus years of experience working with a diverse population, she believes in using patient-centered care and a culturally sensitive approach to helping each client reach their individualized nutrition goals. Research shows that the leading causes of death and disability in America are modifiable chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, and stroke with key lifestyle risk factors being poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, tobacco, and excessive alcohol use.

I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field.
