I am a Certified LEAP Therapist and can help people improve their gastrointestinal symptoms by reducing inflammation. I have also provided assistance with weight management for adults, teens and children.

Although I am a “dietitian,” I disagree with “dieting,” especially for weight loss. It leaves us feeling deprived which always backfires in the long run. EliteLifestyleNutrition (ELN) is a private practice nutrition business operated and owned by founder Kelly Satterlee. ELN specialized in working with children and adults struggling with an eating disorder. Kelly specializes in working with individuals struggling with binge eating, bulimia, orthorexia, and anorexia. With a background in mental health counseling Kelly integrates DBT and CBT tools to help patients towards recovery. Kelly takes a family based therapy approach in working with adolescents and teens.

Part of my work as a consultant at Love Yourself Nutrition and as a Registered Dietitian is to provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost clients' confidence and offer support as they navigate their health and wellness challenges.
