I specialize in eating disorders including: binge eating disorder (BED), Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED), avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), orthorexia, compulsive exercise, emotional eating and chronic dieting behaviors with or without a formal diagnosis.

I have been a dietitian for 14 years, all of which have included pediatrics to adults. I have worked at two children’s hospitals as well as outpatient settings. Diabetes has been an interest of mine since the beginning so I pursued an advanced certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I especially enjoy working with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. I became a dietitian after playing sports throughout my life and becoming a runner as an adult. Heart disease runs in my family and I took a special interest in improving the food choices of those around me to improve their health.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs.
