I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

As a Clinical Nutritionist, I believe in client education and understanding the complex interrelationship between nutrition, biochemical functions, lifestyle, and environment to target disorders and promote whole-body function-such as sugar metabolism, GI health, Brain/mental health, Hormone functions, Immune system, and more. Jessica is a Registered Dietitian whom specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Crohn's, and Sports Nutrition. Jessica is passionate about providing a patient-centered approach to nutrition care and is dedicated to helping clients reshape their lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way so food is fun again. The ideal client I treat is ready intentionally to implement changes that involve thought processes and behaviors involving food culture and healthy food adoption. Additionally, a willingness to partner exercise with nourishing eating positively impacts mental, emotional and physical health. I have worked extensively with individuals to achieve a healthy relationship with their bodies. I create an atmosphere to support change via individual treatment plans, meal planning, assessment of emotions' role with eating, and exercise prescription when appropriate.
