You won't find any crazy fad diets here and you definitely won't find me asking you to eat a crazy low number of calories. Nutrition is about being sustainable and developing health longevity. I specialize in treating the full spectrum of eating disorders in both adults and adolescents. I began my work at the residential treatment level of care working with both adult and adolescent eating disorder patients. I then widened my experience and furthered my skills by working in the outpatient setting. I again worked with adolescents and adults both with eating disorders and other medical conditions requiring medical nutrition therapy. Since that time I have worked as the lead dietitian at the residential treatment level of care treating adolescents with severe eating disorders.
