I hold dual licenses as a Licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist giving me a unique set of skills to treat food related issues, including subconscious thoughts, past trauma, and difficult emotions.
I use EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Response) treat urges, emotional eating, and any underlying trauma, help you uncover food related thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep sabotaging your efforts.
