I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from better blood sugar control to increased energy.

I'm a menopause nutritionist offering weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for people working through disordered eating, binge eating, eating disorders including ARFID, and chronic health conditions. I specialize in digestive health (IBS, bloating, celiac disease, histamine intolerance, GERD), diabetes, PCOS, mast cell activation, and nutrition to support mental health. We'll work as a team with a toolbox of education, movement, mindfulness, and compassion. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming model with ADHD, autism, and/or giftedness and will partner with you to develop strengths and support your challenges.

Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.
