Hello and Welcome! I am a registered dietitian who has been committed to helping individuals overcome their disordered eating patterns for the past four years. Much of my experience took place at the residential level of care where I learned from an amazing team of eating disorder specialists. I have a passion for helping individuals work towards achieving their most meaningful life, and believe nutrition plays a major role in that journey. I am currently working toward my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist – (CEDS) credential and look forward to continuing to help individuals in this field.
My philosophy takes a patient centered and harm-reduction approach. Seeking help for eating disorder recovery takes bravery, and I am deeply honored to be a part of this journey.
