Hi, I’m Samantha! I am a registered dietitian in Maryland. I see clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland, and virtually across the USA! In high school, I had an unhealthy relationship with food and my body image, leading me to follow fad diets for several years.

Eden is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices medical nutrition therapy through Health At Every Size (HAES) and weight inclusivity for those 16 years and older in Maryland, DC, Virginia, New Jersey, and California. Eden is an expert in the field of eating disorders, disordered eating, PCOS, and gentle nutrition. Offering years of experience as the lead dietitian at a higher level of care, she brings her knowledge into the outpatient setting to help her clients thrive in recovery.

My passion is to help you feel better and live your life to the fullest, without feeling restricted by food choices. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, undergoing cancer treatment or attempting to manage a chronic illness, I am here to help! Ever since I was a child, I have been passionate about cooking. Much of my passion probably has to do with growing up with a mom who is a professional chef. Now, I enjoy teaching others to plan and prepare healthy, home-cooked meals. Planning meals for fertility, prenatal nutrition, women's health, hormones, diabetes, PCOS, kidney disease and heart health are my specialties. In addition to individual counseling, I lead grocery store tours and cooking classes and diabetes talks. My personal and professional background provides the ideal support you need to make changes, and offers realistic solutions to the challenges of daily life.

My ideal client is someone who has wrestled with finding a healthy relationship with food. I love working with people who feel confused about what information is correct, who feel lost or unsure where to go with their nutrition journey, or who feel like they're stuck in a cycle. I also love working with young athletes whose aim is to perform their best and take care of their nutrition to fuel their play.
