I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

In her 13 years of working for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs, Founder Jenny Westerkamp combined her expertise in nutrition with the power of behavior change coaching to help her professional athlete clients take their health and performance to the next level. I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. Jessica is a Registered Dietitian whom specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Crohn's, and Sports Nutrition. Jessica is passionate about providing a patient-centered approach to nutrition care and is dedicated to helping clients reshape their lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way so food is fun again. Claire Allen MS, RDN, LDN is a nutrition expert with a focus on gastrointestinal disease and disorders. She received her Master’s in Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has worked in a private outpatient gastroenterology clinic the past 4+ years. Her expertise includes dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, Ulcerative Colitis (UC), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), Congenital Sucrase Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID), Gastroparesis, GERD and low histamine diets.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Eric Meredith is a Registered Dietitian, Classically Trained Chef, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years' experience working with a wide variety of clients including Type 1 and 2 diabetics, athletes, cancer survivors, individuals with digestive disorders, and those who are looking to better manage their weight. Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.

Amy is a Certified Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences Degree from the University of Arizona. Amy will use her 10 years of counseling experience with medical nutrition therapy for kidney, cardiac, diabetes and weight management. Amy helps you create realistic, sustainable changes that can go a long way in meeting your unique lifestyle goals. Amy enjoys weight lifting, rucking, hiking and biking in the mountains. Amy chose to study nutrition to help others learn about the connection of nutrition in disease prevention and improving overall health.

Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!
