Part of my work as a consultant at Love Yourself Nutrition and as a Registered Dietitian is to provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost clients' confidence and offer support as they navigate their health and wellness challenges. I especially enjoy working with people on their weight loss goals. Weight loss is a very personal experience and there are so many recommendations out there on the "best way" to do it. I believe the relationship we have with food is extremely important when we are on a weight loss journey and that the psychology behind it has to be at the forefront of this journey.

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, so I really spend the time getting to know my clients and offer a personalized plan that will work for you. If going in one direction doesn't work for you, we will regroup and try something else until we find a way to help you live your best possible life while still enjoying what you eat. I also offer meal planning services, complete with grocery lists and recipes!
