I strive to nurture and support you in developing a relationship with food that embraces pleasure and connection. I value body autonomy and firmly believe that each individual person is the expert of their own body.
I care deeply about creating an inclusive and warm environment where people living in ANY body feels comfortable to speak about their relationship with food and body openly.
