About
Our approach to nutrition and wellness is one that includes Functional Medicine and food-as-medicine. We have experience working with infants, children and women, more specifically, pre and postnatal care, hormonal imbalances, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune conditions and gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS, SIBO and more. Our focus is looking at the whole body and collaborating with your health care team to correct underlying issues. Gracie has completed her certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.
We currently use many tools to individualize wellness plans. Some of those include food sensitivity testing, micronutrient panels, stool testing, DNA testing and hormone testing to help support healing chronic illness and achieve optimal health with food and herbs.
