I enjoy deep conversations, light-hearted laughs, and celebrating what makes people unique. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) that works with individuals from all gender identities using a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive approach to find a place of food freedom.
My goal is to truly listen, support you through challenges (past or present), and encourage you on your journey to greater trust with food and your body. I take a collaborative and transparent approach to help client’s reach their individual goals.
Nutrition is highly personal. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to deciding what, when, and how much to eat. I work with clients to help them find their internal wisdom for making these decisions. If we're just starting a recovery journey, that may include leaning on your treatment team and support system!
