Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian located in New Jersey. I specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

My approach to nutrition counseling is centered around building trust and understanding of each client’s unique needs, ensuring you receive the best care possible in your path towards recovery. In my practice, I work with individuals who are looking to heal their relationship with food and body image, have struggled with chronic dieting and the effects harmful diet culture messaging, and those in recovery from an eating disorder. I help clients, from early childhood to adulthood, overcome feeding and eating challenges including picky eating, restricted/limited food intake (ARFID), disordered eating, and eating disorders (level 1 outpatient). I also see clients for food allergies, elimination diets, digestive health, and prenatal nutrition.

I assist individuals with disordered eating to the full spectrum of eating disorders. My approach is holistic in that I work with a clients "whole" lifestyle. We will collaborate on new strategies for day to day nutrition; meals at home, work, travel and school. I can develop plans and suggestions for individuals as well as families to help create ease with meals and decrease stress around eating. My clinical experience allows me to counsel for most medical conditions, setting attainable goals that become lifestyle modifications.
