I’d love to speak with you and learn how I can be of help. After near 30-years, I have learned that no two healing journey’s will be the same. My experience is that in order to to truly improve health, we must begin by addressing individual root problems like chronic inflammation, compromised gut health, blood sugar / lipid imbalance, immune imbalance, nutrient deficiencies, adverse food reactions, poor sleep, stress etc. What happens is that we equip our body's natural healing systems. This lends to improvements in conditions like digestive disease, diabetes, fatigue, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis and cancer risk for example.

Cherie's passion and mission is to help people take control of their health by helping them to understand the connection between their health and the foods they eat. Cherie has traveled extensively, both nationally and abroad, to further her studies of the medicinal effects of food on the body. In 2004, Cherie completed her educational curriculum from Texas Women's University at Denton, Texas and earned her R.D., L.D. accreditation and licensure. She has worked on furthering her knowledge by working on her Masters in Nutrition degree at Texas Women's University.
