My goal is to help individuals fuel their bodies with more comfort and confidence. I welcome clients facing a range of challenges including eating disorders, food allergies, and weight stigma. I am especially passionate about supporting: folks navigating Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), teens and young adults working through disordered eating during life transitions, and adults unpacking the impact of lifelong exposure to diet culture. Whether your relationship with food has been shaped by an eating disorder, diet culture, neurodivergence, medical condition, or physical disability, I’m here to support you!
