You have a clear motivation for change, and are willing to be creative and open minded in your approach to managing your nutrition. I value open communication and transparency with my clients and want to support those who show up to do the work. I will gently guide and encourage you along the way, with compassion and patience.

We are a team of anti-diet dietitians supporting adults and teens to eat intuitively and improve their relationship with food.
