I have a Masters degree in nutrition and am a licensed and credentialed registered dietitian. I’m experienced in addressing nutritional needs for diverse populations; specifically infants, children, prenatal and postnatal care, and lactating people. I also have experience with managing and preventing diabetes. On a personal note, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes years ago and know too well the impact that a big health diagnosis can have on your life. I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

She is a Registered Dietitian with many years of clinical experience including obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, eating disorders. She is a Certified LEAP therapist to TEST and treat food intolerances.

Eric Meredith is a Registered Dietitian, Classically Trained Chef, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years' experience working with a wide variety of clients including Type 1 and 2 diabetics, athletes, cancer survivors, individuals with digestive disorders, and those who are looking to better manage their weight. Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

The goal is to empower my clients with the nutrition basics of managing their health goals and/or conditions. The coming together of knowledge and action is the key to inspiring change. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am very passionate about helping others and I strongly believe that non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. are preventable by making certain lifestyle changes and I aim to provide sustainable ways to make those changes rather than a "diet" approach.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active.
